Ivy. It is growing up a concrete wall that has been given the surface structure of wood.

This is another doodle done while the offspring was playing sports.

Some trees, the tall one is a pear tree and the other one an apple tree.

A cloud formation. Doesn't particularly look like one, though.

A boat jetty. That place also has a berth for bigger vessels than the ones in the drawing. The spider net thingy to the left is actually the rear end of the roof construction of an outdoor theater.

This was drawn on a short boat trip. The row of trees in the front is the tip of a peninsula.

A lovely summer day in which I learned that my drawings of boats need improvement:

On the right you can see part of the bookmark that is glued on to the little notebook I then used for doodling. At first I thought I should scan the pic again, this time without the bookmark, but then I realized this is how I see my doodles on most days: with a bookmark dangling here or there.

This one appears early, since I don't have much time tomorrow morning, and I don't want to wait until the evening.

A blog about my own doodles

Hello readers!

On this blog, I'm going to post doodles I made, one every day. My doodles usually have a date and sometimes also a title. I'm going to hide the titles because I don't want to give away private detail. Also, if I feel like it, I'm going to spam the pretty doodles with text.

 Should you want to use one of my doodles for anything, go ahead and use it. It's free. It is because my day job destroys my soul and I want to put something out there that I did at leisure and that is free for everybody.


I'd like you to comment, both on aesthetics and on deeper meaning. Go all Freud, if you like.
